Refunds & Returns
When placing an order, you confirm that your measurements are accurate and accept that since all orders are bespoke (made to measure) we will not be issuing refunds or returns unless we have made an error.
If there is an error on our behalf no return is needed a new product will be sent free of charge.
Before your refund is accepted, we’ll need photographic evidence of any damage or mismeasurements on or behalf.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Since your order is bespoke i.e. any wall panels you have measured to fit a certain space, if you have put in an incorrect measurement then your order can not be refunded or returned, Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photos, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

No. Panels are supplied unfinished so you can apply your preferred primer and paint colour to perfectly match your interior.
Yes. Our panels are supplied unfinished and denibbed and are designed to be primed and painted in the colour of your choice.
No. Our system is designed to be DIY-friendly and can be installed by most competent homeowners using standard tools and adhesive.
Delivery times vary depending on demand and production schedules. Please contact us for the latest lead times before ordering.
Yes. Panels can be trimmed and adapted during installation. Openings for sockets, switches and other wall features should be measured, marked and cut directly into the flat part of the panel to ensure a neat fit.
Panels are installed using our track system, fit the track then hang your panels. Full fitting instructions are available in our Installation Guide.
